1 - Email your copy for a quote
Send us a scan-copy of what you need to translate via our submission page and our team will be happy to scope the documents and provide a free quote based on an estimated word count. The final cost will be determined by the final English after translation.

2 - Confirm the quote – Payment
If you are happy with the estimate, then we will require payment in advance by transfer to our bank account or credit card. All our details will be clearly outlined on the quote that you receive from our team. We also require your phone number and return address before we commence.
Please note that for an extra $8.00, we can courier the completed documents back to your address.
3 - Send us the originals
In order to provide the official certification we would need to see the original documents at some point or a signed photocopy by a justice of the peace. We can start the translation for you from a scan but we would need to sight the original before we can give you the final certified translation.
If you wish to courier us the document at the address below, feel free to include a self-addressed courier bag or for an extra $8.00 we can courier the completed documents back to you. You can also show the originals directly to the team at our office in Wellington when picking up the final translation.

4 - Dispatch
We require at least 3-5 working days for any certified translation jobs from receipt of payment to complete the translation. This allows time for project setup, translation, editing, proof reading and official certification. If you are based close to Wellington you can pick up the final documents directly from our office after we call you to advise the translations are ready.
