Ken Muramatsu

Technical Artist

A native of Japan, Ken joined NZTC in 2000.

His passion for all things technical, language skills and professional translation background stand him in excellent stead in his daily work as a Technical Artist in NZTC’s Art Department.

A keen problem solver, Ken enjoys tackling the diverse challenges posed by his demanding job, which, he says, ‘always keeps me busy discovering new things and developing new skill sets’.

Over the years, Ken has gained extensive experience in a wide range of localisation and DTP applications, such as InDesign, FrameMaker, Illustrator, QuarkXpress and Photoshop. Ken’s personal interest in website development and related code formats is particularly valuable for assisting our clients with multilingual website solutions, especially when dealing with Asian languages.
