Emma Gregory

Project Manager (External Translators)

Emma, a born and bred New Zealander, is NZTC’s primary contact person for the company’s large pool of external linguists.

Her own extensive language skills and language teaching background make her ideally suited to her role, which involves identifying potential in-market language partners around the globe, appraising their CVs and organising in-house translation assessments.

Emma also works closely with NZTC’s marketing and project management staff to ensure a close match between the company’s language resources and its customers’ current and future translation needs.

About her job, she says: ‘I enjoy the challenge of meeting NZTC’s diverse language resource requirements, while learning about the world’s languages and linguists!’

Qualifications

Bachelor of Arts, majoring in modern languages – Italian and Japanese
