Elinor Tester

Translator and Editor for French, Italian and Dutch

Born in Wellington and a graduate in law and languages from the capital city’s Victoria University, Elinor Tester worked for two years as Legal Advisor for the New Zealand Teachers Council before joining NZTC’s team of linguists in 2005.  
While her initial focus at NZTC was on editing translations from English into French, thanks to her natural talent for languages she has also become established as an editor for translations into Italian and Dutch, as well as a regular translator from each of these languages into English.
