NZTC expands business through opening of new GCBG office in Los Angeles

NZTC International is excited to expand its business by announcing the opening of a new office in Los Angeles through the Global Communications Business Group (GCBG). Following a very positive meeting of group directors in Seoul, Korea, Group Marketing Director, Bob Robertson said that this is a natural progression as the company builds on its recent success in the international marketplace.

“Firms wanting to promote themselves and their products in diverse markets have come to know that effective communication is key to business success”, said Bob Robertson. “What you offer must be presented in the native language of the people you want to sell to, in ways which immediately seem familiar and natural to them. This is where GCBG is able to offer more than our competitors.”

Founded just three years ago, GCBG is a joint venture of five well-known highly respected translation companies, each based in a different part of the world – Europe, the UK, Singapore, Korea, New Zealand and soon USA. Their coming together in GCBG enables clients wanting to communicate in multiple languages in different cultural environments, to have their work done by experts operating on ground in the actual marketplaces where these languages are spoken. Bob Robertson says “This ensures a higher quality result at a more competitive cost. Companies who have compared us with other large companies have found this to be the case.”

By also establishing an office in Los Angeles, GCBG recognises that USA is the world’s largest market for language translation and software localisation as well as the place where many new technological developments in our industry take place. Bob says that GCBG “wants to be a part of that action.”
