Project Manager: General Vacancies

From time to time we require extra Project Co-ordinators at short notice to assist our Production Department, working either on a fixed-term contract or a casual basis. There is currently no fixed-term vacancy available, however we are happy to hold onto CVs of suitable candidates, should such opportunities arise. Editor Chinese Language - Simplified and Traditional Chinese

Please find below the attributes that are required for the position:

· Native speaker of English
· Excellent skills in Chinese language - Simplified and Traditional Chinese
· Tertiary qualification, ideally in translation - SDLX experience preferred
· High level of proficiency in spelling and grammar
· Substantial amount of translation/editing work experience
· Commitment to producing high-quality work
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· High computer literacy especially in MS Office applications
· Experience with translation technology tools an advantage
· Specialisation and other languages are an advantage
· Friendly open personality, interested in meeting other people
· Team player

 

Translator-Editor of German

Please find below the attributes that are required for the position:

· Native speaker of English
· Excellent skills in at least two other languages
· Tertiary qualification, ideally in translation
· High level of proficiency in spelling and grammar
· Substantial amount of translation/editing work experience
· Commitment to producing high-quality work
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
· High computer literacy especially in MS Office applications
· Experience with translation technology tools an advantage
· Specialisation and other languages are an advantage
