What is the SDL TRADOS Certification programme?

The SDL TRADOS Certification Programme is the industry’s premier technology-based certification, providing a recognised standard of excellence in SDL Trados software knowledge. It’s a comprehensive professional education programme designed to develop and validate expertise in the use of SDL Trados translation technology tools.

The SDL TRADOS Certification programme is designed to help educate the SDL Trados user community on the latest technological developments and best practices in translation technology, terminology management and automated quality assurance checks.

What is an SDL TRADOS Certified Translator?

A translator who has been successful in achieving SDL TRADOS Certification is a person who has demonstrated proficiency in SDL Trados and the Create, Cleanse, Maintain (CCM) Methodology. Achieving SDL TRADOS Certification will validate your expertise in understanding and applying the CCM Methodology, as well as leveraging the complete range of SDL Trados functionality, including new collaboration, filtering, QA checking and terminology management.
