Our sales team is always very happy to provide you with a quotation for any translation or desktop publishing project. For your convenience we can quote in any currency. Depending on the language combinations of your work, our quotations are based on estimates of the final word count using standard cross-language multipliers or the source word count. Our charges are calculated on a per 100 words or line rate basis.

Our quotations will provide you with a clear breakdown of the costs involved and the time required to complete your translation work.

When requesting a quotation, please provide us with the following information. This will assist us to provide you with a competitive quotation.

• Your first and last name
• Physical address (street, city, country)
• E-mail address
• Work phone
• Work fax
• Source language of text for translation
• Target language for translation
• Subject area of translation
• File type for delivery of text for translation (e.g. Microsoft Word, PDF, PageMaker etc.)
• Estimated number of words (for Germany, lines)
• Delivery format required
• Your platform (Mac or PC)
• Preferred deadline and any restrictions with this deadline
• End use of this translation (e.g. marketing brochure, press release, text for website)
• Any special instructions for the job
